In this Conversation, we will discuss strategies and tips for exploring diverse neighborhoods as a way of engaging students around the links between what they are concepts they are learning in STEM classes and the application of these concepts to people.  This will include a larger discussion of how broader questions of inclusion and social justice can be integrated into this approach.
